- The voucher is valid for use within 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

- All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation of the booking is required in advance. The voucher holder must contact the resort's reservations team to confirm their stay and provide the voucher details.
- Accommodation preferences are subject to availability and may require an upgrade fee if the selected option is not available.
